Vituals ships and delivers worldwide! We take shipping seriously and make sure it's always a priority.

If you'd like to make additions or changes to your order, please contact us immediately after ordering, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to make the change. If the order has already been packed or shipped, we will not be able to make additional changes.

Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete. Shipping confirmation will follow once all or part of your order is shipped.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. We currently only ship to Australia.

We want you to absolutely love your Vituals purchase! If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Domestic Shipping (within AUS):

Standard Shipping: 6-8 business days
Priority Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

Customs, Taxes and Duties

Vituals is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges issued by your local government. All taxes and duties differ between countries and states and therefore we are unable to provide estimated costs before delivery.

These charges are the full responsibility of the recipient and the funds are received exclusively by your local government. For further information, you will have to contact your local customs office. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to tax and customs duties.

Returns

We want you to absolutely love your Vituals purchase! If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges aren’t refundable. If we made a mistake or your item arrived defective, reach out to us here and we’ll make it right.

As a small business, we’re not able to cover return shipping costs or provide prepaid shipping labels at this time.

To return or exchange an item, just follow these easy steps:

1. Include a copy of your packing slip or confirmation email, and let us know which new item you’d like. (Keep in mind that we can’t guarantee all items will be in stock for exchanges.) Mail your return to:
